Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the serial number of your NIIMBOT printer to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all charging cables, manuals, and any unused label rolls that were part of the initial set.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking number.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
